Returns & Refund Policy

 

At Hunter & Nomad we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right we are here to help.

30 Day Returns

 

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return please email: hello@hunterandnomad.com.au

Returns must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Original packaging must be included where possible
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns must be approved by Hunter & Nomad before being sent back.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Returns are sent to our Australian returns address (Brisbane, QLD).

Refunds, Exchanges or Store Credit

For eligible returns we offer:

• Exchange
• Store credit
• Refund to original payment method

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Sale Items

Sale items and clearance pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless the item is faulty.

Oversized Rugs

Due to the size, weight and custom production of oversized rugs, they are not eligible for change of mind returns:

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us with:

 

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the fault

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards.
