Custom-Made for You: Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We craft our rugs to order, reducing waste and ensuring each piece is made with love.
Quick and Easy: Our order process is a breeze; why not let your child be part of the order process (they will love it!)
1. Choose your perfect rug pattern, colour and size.
2. We handcraft it just for you (usually within 30 days).
3. Your rug is shipped directly to your door (typically within 14 days).

NOTE. Given the artisanal craftsmanship of our rugs, slight size variations of up to +/-5% may occur.

Care Instructions
How to take care of your rug:

Vacuum lightly once a week.

Give it a good shake outdoors occasionally to get rid of fluff.

Machine washable at home (140x200cm and 160x230cm size rug). For bigger sizes we advise using your local laundromat or a professional rug cleaner.

Wash on low cold cycle, flat dry or low tumble dry.

Treat tough stains with a damp cloth. Do NOT use chemicals to treat stains.
NOTE. All our rugs come with a complementary anti-slip rug pad.

Our Tailored-to-You Promise: While we are confident you will adore your purchase, please understand that our made-to-order rugs are not eligible for refunds. However, we are more than happy to assist you with exchanges or provide store credit (return shipping cost to our HQ in Brisbane are covered by you). If you happen to receive a faulty item, don't worry - we will exchange it at no cost to you.
