A few useful answers
How is this different from Room Refresh?
Room Refresh develops a new look with a mood board, room visual, furniture and décor choices, styling notes and up to eight product links. Complete Room Design adds a measured 2D furniture layout, detailed shopping specifications, two revision rounds and a final Zoom walkthrough.
What happens after I book?
After booking, complete your room design questionnaire and reply to your order confirmation with room photos, a measured sketch and inspiration. We will review your complete brief and confirm your project timeline before design begins.
What do the revisions cover?
Two rounds of feedback to refine your proposed room design. Send your changes together for each round so we can work through them clearly. Unlimited revisions are not included.
What does the visual show?
Your room visual is an AI assisted illustration of the design direction. Use the floor plan, product list and specifications for the actual recommendations. Check measurements and current product details before ordering.
Are furniture and installation included?
The $895 fee includes GST and covers the design service. Furniture, décor, delivery and installation are separate. You arrange the purchases, delivery and installation using your plan and buying links.
Can you style the room in person?
Optional local styling is available separately in Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast at $150 per hour, with a three hour minimum. Travel beyond 25 km may incur a travel fee. Ask about local styling.
