With sustainability at the heart of our process, we craft our rugs to-order to help reduce waste and textile overproduction. Our made-to-order rugs are sent directly from our supplier in India to your doorstep to reduce our carbon footprint.
Made-To-Order Information: Once you place your order, please allow approximately 25-30 days for your rug to be handcrafted. Your order will be sent directly from our supplier in India to your door, which can take up 7 business days depending on your location.

Yes, our standard size rugs (140x200cm, 160x230cm, and 150cm round) can be washed in a conventional machine.
Larger made-to-order rugs are very heavy when wet, so we recommend either professional cleaning or taking the rug to your local laundromat. Each rug comes with a reusable carry bag, which makes transporting it much easier.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a small amount of laundry detergent (standard sizes only)
Use a dryer at your local laundromat for best drying results
Vacuum once dry to bring softness back
Spot clean spills immediately with a damp cloth (no harsh chemicals)
Yes, shedding is normal at first because our rugs are made from pure cotton. This will settle over time. To help:
Always use a rug underlay, this reduces shedding and absorbs shock
Vacuum lightly once a week (avoid strong brush settings)
A cold wash cycle and dry can also help speed up the process.
Rugs can develop folds during shipping. These will relax naturally after a short time. Using a rug underlay, placing furniture on the corners, or rolling the rug the opposite way can help speed this up.
